Every Journey Starts with One Step
Molly is a RYT-200 and has been a practitioner of Yoga for nearly 6 years. She started practicing while in college after being diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. After experiencing the transformational qualities of yoga, Molly wanted to be able to share the gift of yoga with others. She received her teaching certification from Mind the Mat Yoga and Pilates in Arlington, Virginia and is registered under Yoga Alliance. Molly currently is based in Northern Virginia and offers private lessons, group classes and workshops.
"I started practicing Yoga as a way to cope with my anxiety at first. What I thought would be a temporary fix turned into what will be a lifelong practice. I realized that yoga is so much more than doing postures. Yoga has the ability to transform us mentally, physically, and spiritually. It is a practice that can be done by anyone, anywhere, at any time. I want to help eliminate the limiting ideas around Yoga and who can practice. The practice of yoga can embrace everyone and I want to help empower others in their personal journeys."
